Summer Rates
Homer by the Sea rates are $300 per night up to and including 5 persons. If your party is larger than 5 persons it is $25 per additional person. A 7.5% sales tax is added to the total.

Booking Policy
One third of the total cost for your stay is required for a deposit to reserve Homer by the Sea Vacation Rental.

The balance of your total cost is due 60 days before your stay at the Homer by the Sea.

Cancellation of your Stay
Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to check-in date, will recieve a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in, will recieve a refund based on the re-rental of Homer by the Sea.
